Nesconset
Nesconset is a hamlet in the Town of Smithtown, the same town where my office is based, named for Sachem Nesaconsett, who deeded the land to Richard Smith generations ago. Settled in the early 1900s by brothers Louis and Clemen Vion, it’s grown from a crossroads with a lumber yard and general store into a residential community along Lake Avenue South and Gibbs Pond Road, served by the Smithtown Central School District. I’m Gordon Lewis, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with RE/MAX Integrity Leaders, and Nesconset is one of the communities I work in regularly.
With 14+ years of experience, 302 career home sales, and a 4.9-star rating across 106 Zillow reviews, I bring local market knowledge and a hands-on approach to every Nesconset transaction, whether you’re buying your first home or selling the one you’ve been in for years.
Here’s what one client had to say about working with me: “Loved working with Gordon. He made the process of looking in a highly competitive market less stressful and helped us find our perfect home. Very responsive and active in the whole process. Highly recommend!”
If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Nesconset, I can show you the newest listings, pull disclosures and past sales history on any property you’re interested in, and set up alerts so you’re the first to know when a new Nesconset home for sale hits the market. And if you haven’t already, register on this site to get those alerts sent straight to your inbox.
