Nissequogue
Nissequogue is an incorporated village in the Town of Smithtown, the same town where my office is based, bounded by the Nissequogue River to the west and Long Island Sound to the north. Incorporated in 1925, it has kept its rural, low-density character through a two-acre minimum on property subdivisions, with Long Beach Town Park, Short Beach, and the David Weld Sanctuary among its preserved open spaces. I’m Gordon Lewis, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with RE/MAX Integrity Leaders, and Nissequogue is one of the communities I work in regularly.
With 14+ years of experience, 302 career home sales, and a 4.9-star rating across 106 Zillow reviews, I bring local market knowledge and a hands-on approach to every Nissequogue transaction, whether you’re buying your first home or selling the one you’ve been in for years.
Here’s what one client had to say about working with me: “Gordon was patient and attentive to my needs as we went through the search process and assisted me in developing a winning offer. He was also my go-to guy when I had questions or issues after my offer was accepted. His help was instrumental in ensuring a quick and painless closing. I have already recommended him to a family member and would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a real estate professional.”
If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Nissequogue, I can show you the newest listings, pull disclosures and past sales history on any property you’re interested in, and set up alerts so you’re the first to know when a new Nissequogue home for sale hits the market. And if you haven’t already, register on this site to get those alerts sent straight to your inbox.
